hi all! I have read thru some of the BC stuff on here but now am finding I have to make a ressie quickly cause they are going fast for our week, April 11th-April 18th, 2014 and I knew my dis friends could help me. :D

I have quotes from 2 different places for 3 bedroom deluxe and 3 bedroom pres..

Here is what we want:

-We have a hi top conversion van so I don't think garage will work so we need a tower with plenty of lots for parking

-Don't really care about deluxe or pres(altho the bigger balcony looks great on pres) but we would like to have a pool by our building that you might consider more adult, maybe you could say, not the most kid popular pool? My kids will be 21,18 and 14 so we don't need/want all the activity that say the pirate pool would bring. If we can't get around that, no biggie. I just wondered.

-I would love to have somewhere to get a drink close by. Do all the buildings have this or just certain ones?

-fireworks view would be nice but it's down on the list on need/wants.

I think I understand that all of Tower 6 is presidential, correct? That is the one with the pirate pool? If we book presidential, is tower 6 our only option?

So I guess what I am asking is do I have more choice of getting what I want with booking a 3 bedroom deluxe or 3 bedroom pres? And don't ask about if we can make it a 2 bedroom cause I promised my kids we would move up to 3 bedroom since now they are older. We usually stay at 2 bedroom at Vistana and LOVE it there but no 3 bedrooms.

Thanks in advance for you help. I need to get back with them tonight or tomorrow since one said there is only 1 3 bedroom pres for that week in their inventory. :)

We recently had a beautiful three bedroom deluxe in tower 6, not a presidential. Had a great pool view and there was plenty of parking never had to do the garage. Got 3 nights for 375 off ebay. In building 6 you can walk to the hotel from indoors and there is a bar there, also the pool bar by the pool. We have done presidential before but I actually prefer to coziness of the regular units, I'm sure I'm in the minority just sayin.

So is the pirate pool the only pool at Tower 6? Was it pretty busy?

yes but the building 5 pool with the lazy river is right next door. It is not crowded in the morning and gets more crowded as the day goes on. We usually start out and one pool and keep walking till we find a good spot, its no biggie to us. Renting a cabana can be worth it, we did that last visit not this one. My friend also said she used the hotel pool so thats another option I guess, thats right next door on the other side.

You will probably get more answers on this if you post it in the thread We love Bonnet Creek. It is right here in this same forum Orlando Hotels and Attractions.

The hotel pool (near bldgs 3 and 6) is more "adult." I did not enjoy the pools by Towers 5 and 6. The main pool was my fave. Although it does have a lazy river, there were fewer kids there than at the pools by 5/6.

It's not nearly as big as it looks in photos. It was easy to get from bldg to bldg.

There are not a ton of 3 bedroom units at BC. If you book a presidential, you are booking a specific unit. If you book a deluxe, then you could be in one of several buildings. Our last 2BR we were in tower 3. You could call and ask them where the 3br's deluxes are mainly located.

Right now I am sitting on my balcony in my 3 bd. pres. In tower 6. Just finished a walk around the lake and all the pools were crowded. We have parking lot view & can see the fireworks. I can see a couple of parking spaces available right now. Last night at 10:30 there were none. Cars were circling the lot. I think the pools & parking depend on the time of day. I believe 3 bd presidential are only found in tower 6. 4bd presidential a can be in any tower. I like tower 6 because it has its own check in and is connected to the hotel.

IMO the pool at tower 4 is most adult. I was in tower6 last week and it was a kid zoo as was tower5. Second to 4 I would suggest 3....both 3 and 4 do NOT hsve zero entry and they are deeper so they are WAY quieter, and both gave pool bars :)
