I purchased our 2 bedroom stay through Ebay for Feb 10-14. I received the confirmation paperwork today. When should I call to make a building request? Also which building would be best. I would like to be able to see the fireworks if possible, but the main concern is the teenagers want to be close to the game room and mini gold areas.

I make my requests when I check in. They will ask what you are looking for and offer up what options are available.

I have read about some people calling the resort ahead of time, but I don't know how effective that is since they seem to control room assignments at check-in.

Thank you, this is our first real vacation that is not at Disney (onsite) and I am still a bit thrown on the whole rental process.
