I received quotes from 4 different renters whose names I found on this site. We were looking at 3 nights in October and I'm a little concerned b/c the prices are quite different. I don't know how much information I'm allowed to post on here about prices and renters, but a 2br deluxe was $313 more from one person than a 2br presidential was from another. Can anyone give me feedback on renting from 5 star vacations, Farrells vacations and Utopia World Vacations. If replies aren't allowed - please PM me with answers.
Thank you!!!:worship:

I haven''t rented (Wyndham owner), but I can tell you there may be legitimate reasons why one owner's cost would be somewhat higher.

Wyndham VIPs (large account holders who paid way too much buying directly from Wyndham) get significant discounts on their points costs in many situations In addition, they sometimes get complimentary upgrades to the next larger unit. So someone who got a good discount on a 1 BR Presidential and then got upgraded to a 2 BR Presidential could actually have lower costs than another owner reserving a 2 BR Deluxe.

There are also some quirky things that can happen right around the change of a season (from Prime to High, for example) whereby two owners reserving exactly the same thing could have vastly different points costs. For our May stay at WBC, we got our 1 BR Deluxe for only 9,000 points, but others were going for 15,000 just because of a flukey thing caused by New Years falling on a Saturday. Timeshare calendars work in strange ways sometimes.

All that said, I don't see anything that would cause a difference of $100 per night! That's pretty dramatic, and sounds to me like one person is WAY too high.
