Bonnet Creek--renovated rooms?

We're considering another stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We stayed in building 2 in May, 2012. My family rented five units, and all were newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! Have other buildings had renovations since then? I remember last year there was a lot of talk about ripped sofas in a few of the buildings and was wondering which building would be best to request this year.

Did you stay in a deluxe bedroom? I'm debating if $300 difference for 7 nights in a Presidential 3 bedrooms is worth the money. Do the renovated units have stainless steel applicances? granite? Just curious to see how the renovated units as compared with the Presidential ones.

From what I know, buildings 1 - 3 are renovated, and they are working on 4 right now. Wonder where are the 3 BR Presidential are located now....

We were in a deluxe, not a presidential. We definitely had granite, but I don't think the appliances were stainless. Paint, bed linens, and some furniture all appeared to be new, and the carpets were clean. Hoping for the same this year!
