Bonnet Creek Internet

I know Bonnet Creek has eathernet plug in every room but do they also have wireless internet for my Ipad?
I read that they did have wireless in the lobby but I want to use it in my room and the Ipad has no usb port.

No wifi in the rooms. You can bring a router and plug that in and provide your own wireless. You don't need a computer, just the router as long as you know what the setup is. Or you can always hope someone else brought a router, are staying nearby, and haven't secured it.

Jan 1-5 I brought my own router but also had a Bonnet Creek wifi signal showing up. I also had this Bonnet Creek wifi signal when I walked around the pathway around the lake.
I was staying on floor 11 in building 5.

Everyone else, however seems to report that they have no wifi signal. I will still bring my own router next time just in case.

could you post a link to the router you bought either on ebay or at a retail outlet like best buy? i'm not great with this stuff and would prefer to just buy the same one that someone else bought that worked at bonnet creek. with two iphones and an ipad, wireless in the room would be nice. thanks!

Just buy the cheapest one. If it is a wireless router, it will work at Bonnet Creek. There isn't anything special about it. Of course you need to set it up prior to arrival as you won't be able to plug it in for the first time at Bonnet Creek and expect it to allow you wireless access by default. It might, but I wouldn't chance it.

That is the easiest option as all your devices will already be set. Just plug an Ethernet cable from the phone in the kitchen (I think it is provided, but bring one from home just in case) into your router and turn it on.

Are you able to tell if it is wireless from Bonnet Creek or do you think it is from someone elses unsecured router?
