Bonnet Creek-do they mail you information?

We have not long left, about 3 weeks before going and I thought I read someone who had stayed at Bonnet Creek and had information mailed or emailed to them before they actually went on vacation. Like shuttle service hours etc, do they or do you find out once you get to the resort on your arrival day?

I know they have shuttles to WDW parks but also to SeaWorld..which we are going to on one of our days but we've made other reservations for transportation as we don't know how the shuttles run... $60!!

I guess I could call them but last time I called I had someone a little snippy when trying to ask questions so I'm not all for it, to me it's close to leaving, to them it's still ways away

The only thing we received was the confirmation letter in the mail to confirm our stay.

I've never had them mail me anything, but they do have a packet with all of that info in it at check in. The shuttle schedule varies depending on time of year.

I've never ran into a a snippy employee at Bonnet Creek (other than in the sales office), but I'm sure they exist. Just call back and maybe this time you will get a helpful person.

Maybe that's who answered, a salesperson, thanks, we're trying to plan somewhat and it's hard to if not knowing when the shuttles go, I'll call this week sometime and see if the have a shuttle schedule to fax to me.
