Bonnet Creek cancellation info.

I was curious about two things and was hoping you guys could help.
1. Has anyone cancelled before the 3 day window and had a problem with their credit being returned ( when booking standard rate)? About how long does it take?
2. I saw somewhere on the site that upon checking in, management reserves the right to switch accomadations for your party to make room for a timeshare owners requests. does this really ever happen?

A short third question.....Is the convinience store well stocked?

I can only answer qu #3 as we are owners and have never been in your situation. The store on site has gotten better over the years, but it is more like a camp store. You won't find much at all, and the prices are ridiculous. If you can get to a Walmart you will do much better.

I cannot answer on the cancellation process but we never had any problem with getting our room requests and we are not owners.

As for the convenience store, that is about all it is... Convenient. My husband still talks about being sent to the convenient store (by me) and paying $8 for a pkg of bacon on our first morning, and we were there in late 2011! this time around we will have groceries delivered or make time for a grocery store/Walmart run.

Not a cancelation, but i had an over chagre one time for a plate they said we broke. But I also had proof we contacted the front desk when we got their stating it was missing when we checked in. Anyway, issue was resolved. it took like 7 days to refund $50 back to mycard.

In 3 trips, we have never been asked to relocate and always were given the building we requested.

the store has limited items at 3x the wal mart price. If its an emergency, yeah you can shop there. but a 30min round trip to wally world will save you a ton of money.
