Hi - I'm getting ready to pay for our Bonnet Creek rental for President's Week and have a quick question I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I'm renting through a Fairfield owner who made the reservations for us. The unit she has reserved is in Building 2 and is unit 436. It is listed as a 2 bedroom deluxe. Would anyone know if there is a difference between a 2bedroom and a 2 bedroom deluxe?

Also...would anyone know where I could see where this unit is located? In other words....will I overlook the lake or parking lot?

Any info or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks so much!
HeatherC

All units at Bonnet Creek are deluxe units. Sorry don't know about room locations.

Evedoe is correct - all rooms at Bonnet Creek are Deluxe, with, at minimum: king MBR suite & jacuzzi, full kitchen/LR/DR, washer/dryer, balcony. The 2nd BR adds 2 double beds and another bath.

When visiting/touring the resort, I didn't notice the room numbering. From what I have read online though, the odd-numbered rooms face the parking lots and the even-numbered rooms face the lake. So it would seem that you will have a lake-view room. The front desk does reserve the right to change room assignments at check-in though, so this is not guaranteed.

That said, I don't know the specific numbering layout on each floor. If you are at the end of building 2 that's closer to the main "Village" center and building 1, then you may have a direct fireworks view over the lake and "Village" center as well. If you are at the further end of the building, your view is angled away toward the right/east, so you may have a fireworks view from the balcony's left side only, not from inside the rooms.

If you visit the Fairfield Resorts website and go to the Florida page and click to the Bonnet Creek page, you find the link to the "Resort Map" for the resort layout. There, you'll be able to see the relative locations of the buildings around the lake. Epcot's fireworks go off northwest of the resort.

Where did you find someone renting points may I ask?? You can PM if you like.
