Bongos Menu question

Does anyone know why the Bongos menu on the Disney World website is different from the one on the Bongos website. Which one should I go by?

They are basically the same with VERY few difference.

In Appetizers: WDW says Flatbread while Bongo's mentions garlic toast over flatbread; all other appetizers are there

Salads: WDW lists all the House and Caesar salads separately with chicken, shrimp, etc but all the salads are there; WDW lists chicken soup and bean soup while Bongo's mentions only chicken soup

Meats: WDW doesn't show the N.Y. Strip or 11 oz skirt steak but the rest is the same

Chicken: WDW says Chicken Vaca Frite and Bongo's instead mentions shredded chicken and chicken bites

Seafood: WDW mentions Fresh catch of the day and Bongo's mentions Shrimp Criollo

VERY few differences.

Actually, the one appetizer I want that I have had before is on the Bongos menu but not the Disney Menu. So I'm trying to figure out which is the correct menu because I really want my plantain chips with mojo sauce!

Since the restaurants have the right to change their menu (and often do), the WDW website might be a little behind. So, I would go by the Bongos' menu you are looking for the one appetizer. If for some reason, the WDW website is correct and it is no longer part of the appetizer, I am sure if you ask Bongos what you want that they will make it for you. They have plantain chips there and they have mojo sauce there always so I can almost guarantee that they will put the two together just for you if it is no longer part of the menu.

My wife loves cheese fries and we have gone to restaurants that sell fries and and have salads with shredded cheese and crushed bacon. We have asked if they will do a cheese fries with bacon plate and haven't had one say no yet.
