If you have ordered this what did you get and was it worth the $30?
This is our first cruise and I wanted to make it special, but if it is just stremers and signage, could I buy my own a decorate while the kids were swimming?

thanks! :)

For what's it worth, I called DCL and tried to order the same package last Friday and they told me it is no longer available. If anyone has the website address for Shirley's Perfect Gift service (can't remember her full name or gift service, could you please provide it. I am going off searching the net again.

I have never done it..Just read about it here, and have heard a lot of NOT WORTH IT...

SHirley's site is theperfectgift.cc

and she is awesome...WE get baskets from her, and it really really brightens up the room..Yes, you could back some stuff in your carryon and do that if you wish, but you do not have that much time..Rooms usually open up around 1:30...so. it is up to you..

check out Shirley's site...She is a doll.. :goodvibes

we got it, it was fine the decorations were cute but the big thing they had hanging down from the ceiling got in the way and we had to take it down.
The cake was good but I wouldn't do it again. Bring your own stuff.

I ordered it for our 5/15/05 cruise. When i got to the room, there was only the cake, and then the bon voyage memory box..which was NOT what i ordered. Two days later I got a message that they were currently out of the decorations.

My mom ordered it for our first cruise and it just made it even more exciting to have it up when we first arrived to the room! Sure you could bring it from home and do it yourself but then it loses the fun and excitement. :earsgirl:

SAVE YOUR $$!

Just make some door magnets and have Shirley make a basket for you for that price.... :flower:

We are currently on the 14 Panama Canal Crossing Cruise and I ordered the Bon Voyage package as a surprise for my Mom and we loved the decorations. We left the decorations up for the entire cruise and only took them down this morning when we packed.

The expression on my Mom's face when she opened the door to our stateroom on May 14th was well worth the $30.
