Has anyone tried this offer yet? I thought it would help me get to $50 cashout!! Anyway, I tried it & after I put my name & address info (no credit card info), I hit continue & just get a blank screen??? 
Just wondering if this offer has worked for anyone yet? I've done some of the offer book club offers on both QR & SR & they've worked fine. I even called before I did this offer & they confirmed I do not have BOM & that I could sign up for it....
So I don't know what I should do....it said not to hit the browser button, or "continue" more than once....but if all I get is a blank screen how am I to sign up for the club???
I could call the company I suppose & see what they say, but just thought I'd check w/you all first.
