Bombshell Obama Pastor Video

Wait till the commercials begin.

- Cue in to Obama uttering (at some point in the campaign) "My Moral Compass".
- Cut to 20 seconds of Reverand Jeremiah.
- Fade to "Vote for HC".

This should play interestingly in Allentown, Erie, Scranton etc. etc. etc.

It isn't a "race" thing. It's a "spritual advisor" thing.

Well, I'm listening to a whole bunch of his sermons at the moment and none of them have any of the vitriol we saw in those four clips, quite the opposite.

Obama just needs to string THOSE together along with a "I did not have *** with that woman"

I don't think they want to go down that road....

Rezko's role bigger than admitted

"
Barack Obama on Friday acknowledged that he had substantially underrepresented the cash raised for his earlier campaigns by indicted businessman Antoin “Tony” Rezko.

But Obama's campaign said it could not donate to charity as much as $90,000 in newly acknowledged Rezko-linked contributions because the old campaign accounts were closed and the money spent

Obama's acknowledgment that Rezko raised as much as $250,000 for earlier campaigns, initially made in an interview with The Chicago Tribune and confirmed later to Politico, came after a year-and-a-half-long trickle of admissions about Rezko’s fundraising role and more than a month after Obama’s aides contended that they had identified and jettisoned all Rezko-linked cash. It also came as Rezko’s trial on corruption charges, underway in Chicago, brought increased scrutiny of Obama’s ties to the real estate developer, fast-food magnate and political insider.

Days ago, Politico asked the campaign for a detailed list of the $157,835 in Rezko-linked contributions it said it had donated to charity.

The campaign attributed only $85,185 of that to a list of specific donations from Rezko and 16 associates, declining to attribute the rest because it told Politico it didn’t want to subject other contributors “to any suspicion of wrongdoing or embarrassment.”
......"

THIS GOES ON FOR 3 PAGES!:sad2:

5 weeks. A thousand cuts.

....drip.....drip......drip.

So do you think that the Rezko political contributions that were "donated to charity" were donated to ol' Rev. Jeremiah's church?? This is more interesting (& just as convoluted) as "arms for hostages".

(i want to know how much BO contributed to the racist church over the past 20 years. someone mentioned 22K last year, but how much did BO & Mrs. BO contribute before they had a big Rezko House Mtg. payment & when they were DINKS.)

.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about Hillary wanting to exploit this, but I have no doubt the RNC is already at work. Of course, having some legitimate powerful Republicans condemning Obama would help them. However, they seem to be nowhere in sight and they obviously don't feel this is the nuclear hit some of the 30%ers and the conservative pundits want it to be.

Oh no they won't not with the Rod Parsley's of the world supporting them, are you kidding? Which is worse 4 clips of this guy going off the mouth or years of the other guy going off at the mouth... they are just as bad if you put them into a 2 minute sound bite, but I guess if the guy is doing it on a weekly basis, that makes it worse in my book.... I grew up in an evangelical church and they went off at the mouth EVERY week... it seems just odd that not all churches do this apparently....

You mean like this?

It was a pertinent observation then and history has just deepend the mystery.

Given the poll data, most of those 59,000,000+ are now kicking themselves in the *** and wondering how. But, not the "30%". No sirreee.

Obama invokes RFK in distancing self from pastor

by John McCormick

PLAINFIELD, Ind. – Sen. Barack Obama invoked Robert F. Kennedy on Saturday as he continued to try to distance himself from controversial statements made by his former pastor that are now widely circulating on the Internet.

"Bobby Kennedy gave one of his most famous speeches on a dark night in Indianapolis, right after Dr. King was shot," Obama said. "He stood on top of a car."

In reality, Kennedy, speaking in nearby Indianapolis on the night of April 4, 1968, spoke from the bed of a flatbed truck.

"He delivered the news that Dr. King had been shot and killed," Obama continued. "At the moment of anguish, he said we've got a choice. We've got a choice in taking the rage and bitterness and disappointment and letting it fester and dividing us further so that we no longer see each other as Americans, but we see each other as separate and apart and at odds with each other. Or, we could take a different path that says we have different stories, but we have common dreams and common hopes….I think about those words often, especially in the last several weeks because this campaign started on the basis that we are one America."

Saying "the forces of division have started to raise their ugly heads again," Obama began to point to his own former pastor from Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's South Side.

"Most recently, you heard some statements from former pastor that were incendiary and I completely reject, although I knew him and know him as somebody at my church who talked to me about Jesus," Obama said. "But if all I knew was those statements that I saw on television, I would be shocked. And it just reminds me that, you know, we've got a tragic history when it comes to race in this country. We've got a lot of pent up anger and bitterness and misunderstanding. But what I continue to believe in is that this country wants to move beyond these kinds of divisions. This country wants something different."

Obama told his audience in a high school gymnasium that he is someone who "has little pieces of America all in me." He suggested that controversies over his and other campaign surrogates could harm a more serious debate.

"I will not allow us to lose this moment," he said. "When people say things like my former pastor said, you know, you have to speak out forcefully against them. But what you also have to do, though, is remember what Bobby Kennedy said that it is within our power to join together to truly make a United States of America."

How unfortunate (not to mention eye-opening, telling and enlightening) that Barack Obama did not choose a church with a minister who preached THIS kind of message....one he purports to advocate......instead of the one he ACTUALLY selected.

I am certain he could have found a church more in line with RFK's philosophy, but he didn't do that, did he???? Deeds, not pretty words. Watch what people DO, not what they SAY. ;)

Hmm, I'm not so sure about Hillary wanting to exploit this,

have you ever seen the Clintons? :lmao:

of course she's going to use this, PA is a must win state for her and pure speculation but I imagine this type of campaigning will play very well to the blue collar workers she needs to turn out...

now whether its her, or whether its a 529 "People for racial equality against Obama" remains to be seen ;)

I think thats probably off base....just because you do not think GWB's presidency has been all chocolate and roses doesn't mean the alternative would have been any better :scared:

I would not say I approve of GWB, but I wouldn't recant my vote either.

It's not a "People for racial equality" thing......it's a "One must select a proper Moral Compass" thing.

(altoona, jamestown, williamsport, harrisburg.......)

It's been rumored that the two of them shook hands and informally agreed to cool it. We'll see.

Plenty of people besides die hard supporters of Bush, including Democrats and Independents, are calling Obama's judgment and credibility into question now. The Reps are smart to just sit back and let the public form their own initial opinion, because no doubt if they try to exploit it at this point it would only serve to encourage Obama being viewed as a victim being attacked by the machine.

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Given the history there's not much I'd trust about what goes on behind closed doors with them...as I suggested, very easy for some rougue 529 to come out and do the heavy lifting, get the "seed" and the message out there, and then for Hillary to rise up above it all with statements she doesn't "condone" this kind of negative campaigning. Unh-huh.

And who knows, I wouldn't put it past a right wing 529 group to do the same thing, either way its going to be out there ahead of their primary.

Just keep banging on the Ole Parsley Drum. It's full of holes and doesn't hold any water. Is McCain a Parishioner of Parsley? No. Nuff said. He is as much a part of Parsley's flock as he is part of Falwell's flock -- and Falwell is six feet under...

Yup, take a page out of the Swiftboat Liars and George Bush's playbook.

Who knew there was common ground. :lmao:

And based on the other decent clips of the pastor if they were to be made public, they may be quite right in that assumption.

Yes Agent of Intolerance one year equals speaking at the Graduation Ceremonies the next year equals FLIP FLOP.... Yup, just go there.... just try..... Then add in Parsley and his other cohort and boy does that make for some good drama...

anti-catholic, anti-gays, anti-islam all rolled up into one nice neat package, oh and Katrina Victims did it to themselves :thumbsup2 Yup, I can see where that will get them if they try to take this tact....

The photos don't fit your idea so 'enough already', eh? He respects the man, he doesn't agree with him. He said it, I believe him.

I wonder how many of your now screaming for his head had ever considered voting for him anyway.

Well he couldn't have thought the comments were that bad...I mean...he put this man on his campaign and supported and stood behind this man until it became politically unpopular to do so. Now...even if Obama never heard these types of comments in church personally-which I find quite hard to believe- and even if Obama never really knew this man's true feelings after 20 years- which I think shows a very concerning lack of judgement- he certainly didn't learn about these comments by watching ABC or FNC Thursday night. But, not surprisingly, it appears the Obama campaign has made a fresh batch of Obama Kool-aid and his supporters have indulged and are once again flocking to defend him, with some very desperate arguments might I add.

Yeah, but the 529'ers won't need to follow the same playbook.

yes, there has never been a Democrat in history who used dirty campaign tactics :rolleyes1

How quickly some forget the fabricated 60 minutes story pushed so hard by some CBS news anchor, Dan something or other.....hmmm, I just can't seem to remember his name. :rotfl:
