There are not always ribs on the buffet at Boma.
The prime rib is not your typical thick slab of meat. They cut it very thin, almost like lunchmeat at the deli, but a tiny bit thicker. It is served more like a piece of roast beef than a hunk of prime rib, like you get at Outback.
The last time we were at Boma, a couple weeks ago, the chicken was pieces of spit roasted... spicy, but bland enough for non-adventurous eaters. There were legs and wings and small portions of breast.
There is always a seafood choice, last time it was salmon in banana leaves.
