Boma's or Raglan Road?

We have ressies of Boma's, but the more I read about Raglan road, it sounds like a fun place to eat. My family is very picky, but we they wanted to visit the AKL and were willing to try Boma's. Does the band play every night an Raglan Road? It just sounds like a fun experience. Opinions appreciated.

From a family of picky eaters, we went to Raglan Road and everyone loved it! Our last visit was probably around 8:30 on a Sunday night and the band was getting ready and probably started playing at 9. There was something for everyone on the menu, and my DH who is the only adventurous eater in the bunch found something to make him happy too.

Food wise, for us, Boma wins hands down. We will only return to Raglan Road for desserts/drinks and entertainment.

The food is better at Boma. And there's plenty for picky eaters.

Haven't tried Boma yet but had a great time at Raglan Road in June. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, great entertainment.
