Boma's at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Strange question... when you eat at Boma's do you pay before you go into the restaurant or after you eat?

I need to know because we are buying dinner for some friends as a surprise and I need to know when and where I pay so that they don't see me doing it.

You pay after. What I would do is go up to the desk beforehand and tell the hostess that you want to pay for the meal and could she/he make sure the check is given to you.

Or you can do what my friends and I do - see you can grab it first!! (LOL)
