Does Boma still have ribs on certain nights only? If so, what nights?

Ribs are listed on the menu, so I'd assume they have them every night. Just basing that on this menu though, not personal experience.

We were there in 11/22. Good food. We got there a little early so we could walk around the hotel. Very nice.

I think they have ribs on every night, but I can tell you it's not exactly the same ribs that they used to have. A little blander than the spices they used before the Pandemic... (still pretty good but not as interesting as they used to be.)

The few times I was there over the years, ribs were always present. I think they’re the best ribs on property.
