When we went in January the menu was different from what is on allears. I will do my best to remember the differences.
The soups were butternut squash, coconut seafood, lamb stew, and one I can't remember. They did not have the potatoes with afritude, which upset me. There was no grilled seafood that I recall. Actually, we felt the selection was very limited for meat eaters. The carving station could have been anywhere. There was a tasty corn pudding dish. Desserts were pineapple upside down cakes, debra domes, some cobbler that I couldn't eat. We left fairly unsatisfied. I know you didn't ask for opinions, but the selection played a large role in our unhappiness. We don't eat much salad or pasta salads etc. There seemed to be a large selection in that stuff. Also decent veggie selection.
