Boma

I just made an ADR for Boma Breakfast at 8:30. I wanted a later meal, more like a brunch. The person who took my reservation, said they food may be fresher in the AM. Has anyone eaten here closer to 1030. I would think they would keep updating the food, but I have never been there. This will be Fathers day too. I wanted my husband to have a nice meal before we left.

the food is fresh right up to lunch. there may not have been slots open for brunch.

The food is fresh through the entire meal service.

We ate there last summer during the time that AKL was a near ghost town due to the construction. I think we arrived there at about 10:15am and there were only about 20 tables in use. The food was constantly being replenished even with such few people in the restaurant.

I would keep calling, daily in fact, to try and get a cancelation. I did this last year during free dining and scored all the hot ticket places.

We went to Boma twice last week before 8 am and the food was amazing and the place was very slow.

We went to Captains Grille buffet at the YC yesterday at 9:30 and the food was terrible, dried out and not replenished...it was so bad.

We did a 10:00 seating at 1900 Park Faire once and it was also terrible, hard dried out food and not seeing the fresher stuff come out.

We have always had great luck with breakfast buffets but early times.
