There is an old Boma menu floating around that shows the rotation for different nights. BUT the CM at Dining said the foods don't rotate. So, can anyone tell me for sure if Tuesday night at Boma they will have multiple salmon choices? Thanks!

CM is wrong... they do rotate the menu.

Thanks! That is the menu I was thinking of. Based on that it shows multiple salmon dishes offered on Tuesdays. But the CM told me last week that the selections don't rotate anymore. That menu is nearly 2 years old, so I was a little worried that it might not be accurate anymore. The CM said they have salmon every night, but just one kind. Along with one kind of ribs and one kind of prime rib. He didn't know about he pork loin.

Has anybody been to Boma recently? Can you confirm that the food on your visit was similar to the food listed in the rotation?

I would call AKL directly and ask to speak with the Food and Beverage Manager. Do this around 3-4pm EST. That way they can tell you the daily menu items, as well as confirm if it rotates.

I know what you mean - I always tried to avoid green bean night at Boma... :goodvibes

In May we had one salmon selection. It was nut crusted and I don't eat nuts. I asked the chef at that station if they had anynut-free salmon. They prepared one specially and brought it to my table.

We've been to Boma 1-2 times a year since it opened. There's always been salmon, no matter which night of the week it was. I've saved that 'rotation menu' from when it was first posted and never did understand the way the salmon was listed. There's only been one salmon offering each time we went, and I really don't recall if it's always the same or not. I certainly haven't tried all those variations listed.

There has always had prime rib (and chicken was a standard each time), but there used to be variety between ribs and flank steak (?can't remember about pork loin). Our last visit was early December, 2004, but we'll be back soon and we can't wait! Hope you like it as much as we do!

What's the Sunday menu? :confused3 My ADR's are on a Sunday - it's not closed is it?

It's been posted that Sunday is "Chef's night". It hasn't been closed in the past.

Well, I changed our ADR from Saturday to Tuesday in hopes of getting the multiple salmon choices. But the CM seemed to think it is pretty much the same menu every night. If that's true then it doesn't matter what night we go! But in case the menu DOES rotate there are more things on Tuesday that sound interesting to me. So we'll find out in October one way or another! I'm too lazy to try to change the ADR's back. I'm already having trouble keeping up! :rotfl: I think we will enjoy it regardless.

We have been to Boma three times in the last year - each on different menu nights. The food does differ - and the 2004 menu is mostly correct. This past visit (Wed. in mid August), we had the ribs, flank steak and prime rib. There was a salmon dish.
