Boma Ribs?????

Does anyone know what night(s) they serve them? Is it still Saturday & Wednesday? And do they taste anything like the ones they server at Jiko?????

I've always heard they are soooo good. We have never had them and would love to try them next trip. We have had the ribs at Jiko and LOVED them! Just wondering if they are anything like that. Would love to hear from anyone who knows.

I had them 2 Saturday's ago. They were good, but the buffet has so many great things, they didn't especially stand out to me.

I recall a thread that listed the Boma rotation. Ribs were served on Wednesday and Saturday.

That was the case two years ago when we last went to Boma (went on a Wednesday).

The ribs were very good.

Thanks. I will have to remember Wednesday & Saturdays. I hope its still the same when we go in January.
