Boma - quick question

Chris - glad your mom and everyone enjoyed it.
We really enjoyed Boma when we were there last year. Seemed, to us, like there were plenty of regular meat and vegetable choices with lots of more exotic choices in between.
The dessert was really what got us. That passionfruit panna cotta LOOKS awesome, but omg, was sooooo tart. Was not expecting that at all.
I was glad our wonderful server brought us out a special dessert plate (we were on our honeymoon) with some chocolate options.

yea I do agree. its not for the picky eaters. I think my mom ate like a few plates of the same stuff. only a few things like this coconut rice which was so good and the seafood chowder. Its not my fav place I was happy for the change. something different. I tried a little tiny bit of almost everything. I liked the coconut rice the best. the steak and salmon were both good. also they had falaful little falaful (sp?) balls and this spicy yogurt dipping sauce which I was dipping chicken nuggets in it was so good lol a lot of curry which not a big fan of so stayed away from stuff with curry in it.
