Which is better breakfast or dinner?
Should we do both?

What are the times it's open?

What are your favorites there?

I'd say go with a dinner at Boma. Breakfast has many standard items that you'd find at most other WDW breakfast buffets with a few added "exotic" dishes. Dinner is much more varied as far as unique dishes are concerned. Dinner at Boma is a must for us each time we go to WDW.

i love breakfast and dinner at boma.

i know they usually have the sweet/spicy ribs on wednesday nights, so i try to go then.

i love the bobotie and other dishes/desserts as well, though, so i don't get too bummed out if wed night is booked up...

Both are great!! I looooove the frunch at breakfast. It's a combination of different juices. I try and do both each visit. You can't go wrong with either.

We also love both. DH has a love of Breakfast foods, so he would say breakfast. I would pick Dinner. As PP said, you can eat a lot of common stuff on the breakfast buffet, so for me the dinner menu is more exciting. And I have always loved their hummus selection.

We aren't big breakfast people, but we love dinner at Boma!

Faves:

The soups:Carrot Ginger Soup, Chicken Corn Chowder, Curry Cauliflower Soup, Lentil & Sausage Soup, Mushroom Soup and more which I can't remember. There's always at least 4-5 to choose from! We love them all.

Then the salads: Tosses salad w/ Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette, Cous-Cous salad, Watermelon Rind (Much Better than it sounds), Tabouleh, Spinach and quinoua....and more!

The meats: Love the spiced crusted roast beef, the Durban Rubbed Roast Chicken, The Bobotie (odd and tasty at the same time)

Desserts: Not a fan of Zebra Domes but the bread pudding with rum and white sauce, tasty!

One of the few Disney buffets we still really enjoy!

I've done both several times, and prefer breakfast. It's less loud and hectic than dinner, prettier I think with the sunlight coming in. I think the latest reservation is about 10:45. However, we've been there until close to noon and food is still plentiful. Favorites I can think of now are scrambled eggs with chive and goat cheese, wrm bread pudding with pecan praline sauce, and cooked quinoa.

We have done both breakfast and dinner. We have only done breakfast once or twice but will not visit central Florida with out a visit to Boma!

If you can afford it, try both, but I much prefer dinner. I love the durban spiced chicken and the yellow pasta salad...forgot what it's called. The salmon and prime rib is delish too.

It's always nice to try new things they have...soups as others have mentioned and the salads too. Beaslyboo has it nicely outlined :thumbsup2.

And the desserts are to DIE FOR

My family can't wait till the end of August for our ressie

Good luck with your decision!

According the Disney website, breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am and dinner is from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Personally, I like breakfast better...the Sausage and Biscuit Skillet and bobotie are very good.

I think breakfast ends at 11am and dinner begins at 5pm...at least on the dates I am looking at (Dec 20-25).

Dinner at Boma is a must for us! They have so much variety and it's food you wouldn't get elsewhere. I could eat myself sick at Boma, the food is so good! :rotfl2:

We've never been for breakfast, but we love dinner. Dinner is a must do for us every trip. We are thinking of trying breakfast on our upcoming trip in December.

We have never done breakfast there, but go for dinner every trip. I really enjoy the bobotie and the butternut squash soup. The chicken is not out of the ordinary but it's very good. I like the variety of hummus and dips. And I know it's cliché, but I love the zebra domes!

We liked dinner but were very disappointed in the desserts. They look delicious but really were just soso. We definitely prefer breakfast. We try to do a later seating so it isnt as busy and it is more like a brunch. It holds us over until a late dinner. The french toast w/vanilla sauce is fantastic!
