Boma or Tuskerhouse?

We've never been to either. We'd like to do one - but not both - for our trip this fall. Which should we choose and why? (3 adults & 3 kids - 4,9&12) Thanks!

Wow, it seems like a lot of us have been wondering the same thing. From other threads, seems there's a preference for Boma, but the menu at Tusker House--since it also has some Indian/Asian options--is more appealing to me.

We've done both for breakfast and dinner. If it's dinner, I prefer Boma, bigger selection and it's fun going to AKL. If it's breakfast, I prefer Tusker House. There are more "interesting" choices on the breakfast (while Boma's has more standard breakfast fare) plus there's Donald, Mickey, Daisy and Goofy there for breakfast.

Thanks for the responses! After the statement that several had been wondering this recently, I did a search and ran across two similar threads with more responses. (wanted to post links to the threads.... but, my post count's still too small.... that's what I get for being a lurker!)

Can you explain what you mean by "interesting" choices for the breakfast menu at Tusker House? I'm interested in knowing what choices are on the menu. Thanks!

I am toying with the same decision. I will try anything and love African food and I love spice but my DH isn't as adventurous. Are there foods on the menu for the more finicky eater?
