Boma or Rainforest Cafe?

I have ressies for Boma and for Rainforest cafe at AK for dinner on the same day... can't decide which one to go to?? It will be me, DH, DD3, and DD1. We already have ressies for Chef Mickey's, CRT, and Crystal Palace! Thanks for any help we leave in 22 days!!

Boma, Rainforest Cafe is the same no matter where you are. Strip Mall or Disney - the food and the atmosphere inside are the same.

Boma is more unique in my opinion.

No contest for our family, Boma! Rain Forest might be better for your little ones because there is really a 'Jungle 'feel to it. Lots of fake trees, monkeys hanging from trees, 'elephants' and an occasionally 'thunderstorm'. You have to decide whether this is too scary for your toddlers. Boma is a buffet and would move a little quicker as opposed to a sit down like Rain Forest. Also, no comparison with food. Rain forest, IMO is the same kind of thing you'll get at any Applebees, Chili's, etc around the country. Boma has great food with items you'll not see anywhere else. Hope this was helpful!

This one is a no brainer - Boma! While I love Rainforest Cafe, Boma blows it away in every single aspect: variety of foods, awesome desserts, unique food that most have never tried based on authentic African cuisine. Even though I personally did not really enjoy the food on the night I went, I still loved the experience and would do it again over RFC; and I LOVE RFC, at least DD3 does.

I agree...Boma is GREAT! Rainforest for us is always just to dark and to loud and I have seen little ones freakout with the indoor thunderstorm...last time we were in a rainforest the family of 8 behind us had to leave before ordering because there toddler was scared silly!!

Ok I guess I have to speak up for Rainforest we love it but in fairness we have never been to Boma there menue of foods just did not appeal to us. We make it a point to go at least once to both Rainforest , we also have one here in Seattle we goto. I do not think you will be disspointed with what ever choice you make, have fun

Boma! You can go to Rainforest Cafe anywhere (at least around here there's one) Have fun whatever you decide, we loved Boma.

I have 4 kids and definately BOMA!! But make sure you go outside before or after dinner and let them use the night vision googles and talk to the guides about the animals they see. The AKL is breath taking. ENJOY!!!

Since we make the reservation directly through RFC would Disney know that someone had a reservation there?
