Boma Or Narcoosee's

My mom and I are stopping for ONE night at AKL. We decided to tour the resorts for a day and grab the best of Disney's dining-
Any suggestions? We have 2 breakfasts, two lunches and one dinner- I can't decide what to do! I love BOMA- she's never been so I think I will do it for either breakfast or dinner-

We are Disney regulars. Disney Vacation Club members.
Narcossee's would be my choice. The food is great. The atmoshpere is magical. We will be there next week and I am taking the kids and the wife once again. Good Luck Dennis

I'd opt for breakfast at Boma and dinner at Narcoosee's.

They are so very different.

I'm not a Boma fan. But you are. As you know it is a buffet. Its pretty reasonably priced. The food is buffet food (which was my problem with it - food served from chafing dishes is never that good).

Narcoosee's is a different experience. MUCH more expensive. Table served from a menu. Excellent food.

If budget isn't a factor, Narcoosee's every time.

If Boma for breakfast, why not Jiko for dinner? It's also excellent and right next to Boma.

Haven't tried Boma, but our dinner PS at Narcoosee's was great. We were there early and got a window table looking across at the castle. Service was great and we really enjoyed dinner there. I didn't even make the PS until we got to the front desk. I wasn't planning on going there, but one of the DIS'ers highly recommended it...I think the thread was titled "Best Restaurant in WDW" or something like that. I'm glad I took his advice. I really enjoyed Narcoosee's and would eat there again.

Another vote for Narcoosee's. I won't go back to Boma's.

Just back and DH and I had dinner at Narcoosee's. Excellent food, we had whole lobster and the Fillet Mignon entrees. The Narcoosee's chowder was fantastic, full of fresh seafood.

We had a window table and had a nice view of the Lagoon and the castle.

Expensive but worth it.
