Boma or Kona?? Which would you choose?

Boma! Even those who think it is too exotic should really give it a try. I never would have tried Boma if I didn't hear about it on the DIS. I'm SO glad we tried it. It's our favorite restaurant, and the only one we have eaten at during each of our last 4 trips. My dad is a picky eater (so am I), and he LOVES it. After he went last year, he said he'd go back any time he's in Florida, even if we weren't at Disney, lol.

BOMA!! just bring the wheel barrow so they can roll you out

I like 'em both, but Boma has the definite edge. Some folks are buffet-a-phobes, but I'm here to tell you that Boma is not your average buffet. There are plenty of things for the pickiest of eaters, my DW being one of them. She did great.

Kona is good, too, but I prefer breakfast there to any other meal. It's a Tonga Toast thing. I think the "coffee shop" feel mention by another poster has more to do with the fact that it's open to the rest of the Great Ceremonial House than the food quality.

Neither of these spots would be what you would consider quiet or intimate.
