Boma or Jimo?

Hi,
These are two very different dinning experiances. Boma is a buffet that is very popular with young families. Jiko is a more upscale full service dinning experiance. There is a dress code at Jiko but it is Disney's version of Business Casual which means jeans are okay but hats and swin ware are out.

I love Boma...it is a buffet with many different delicious salads, soups and side dishes to the meat selections. The food is very flavorful....but not spicy.
It is 1 table service on the dining plan.
Jiko is more fancy. It is a signature dining so 2 table service on dining plan.
I was disapointed....but I think I just ordered the wrong thing and did not like sitting right next to the kitchen when it was empty. I will try it again....it gets raves around here on the Dis for sure. It is a sit down so dress is probably nicer than Boma...but you don't need to be fancy by any means.
Spend some time roaming the lobby, and enjoying a drink in the lounge upstairs overlooking Boma ,to enjoy the sounds and smells of AKL

We have only tried Boma and we love it, however, Jiko gets rave reviews as well. I would say Boma is a more relaxed atmosphere and if you are a big eater the buffet is fabulous. Jiko is probably a bit more upscale but certainly not stuffy.
