I currently have Chef Mickey's scheduled for a breakfast--8:00am breakfast on one day of our 8 day stay. We have the following breakfasts scheduled:

Sunday--Crystal Palace
Monday--Hollywood and Vine
Tuesday--Chef Mickey's
Wednesday--Cape May Cafe
Thursday--Tusker House
Friday--Crystal Palace

I originally only had one day planned for Animal Kingdom, but my son LOVES animals and every time he sees photos of the animals, he goes crazy and starts clapping and jumping up and down. Now debating switching TUESDAY to Animal Kingdom too and eating breakfast at Boma. Any opinions?? I think we have a LOT of character meals already and wonder if a nice sit down breakfast (favorite meal of the day for our little guy) would be better.

Boma has a great breakfast, and is a bit more reasonably priced than Chef Mickey's. Boma is approx $19 per adult, and CM is closer to $30. Boma doesn't have characters, and has a larger selection of hot foods. I remember CM's having more fruit to choose from though.

If you do to Boma, try the Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa). It is a grain that tastes great, and is very high in protein.
