Boma menu question

Does anyone know what days the menu at Boma changes? We have gone once before and did not see ribs or butternut squash soup. Had salmon both
times and prime rib. We went on a Monday last august.
 
Someone posted the following several years ago, but we eat at Boma's 1-3 times a year and it's been pretty accurate for the soups and meats. ie, can't recall having the pork because I always make reservations on the days of the ribs or flank steak. The squash soup is fantastic! It's so sweet that I've gone back and had more for desert. The carrot ginger is very similar and is also fantastic. Most of the soups are excellent.

There's prime rib every night and salmon, as well as chicken. Ribs, pork, and flank steak make up the other meat selection and will vary from day to day. I honestly never pay that much attention to which salads and other selections are served on each night, so can't say how accurate this 'rotation menu' is for those things. I didn't recall there were two pods with African salads. I know there's a second salad pod with lettuce salad and wonderful fresh fruit.
