BOMA / Main Entree Question?

I'm planning my dining choices & I want to make sure I eat at Boma when they have flank steak.

Which nights do they have flank steak??

From what I've read on these boards, it's sounds like ribs are on Monday & Wednesday, and Pork Loin is on Thursday?

Can someone please help me out !

Well when I went on a Tuesday night in December they had the flank steak so maybe they still do it that night.

Hmm... I would say the best thing to do is to give them a call. We should make a schedule for Boma so we can see exactly which days they are serving what dishes At least they have Zebra Domes everyday!

Hi, I've eaten at Boma twice, both times on Friday and they had flank steak both times, the steak is well worth bumping any other reservations
