Boma Late Breakfast ?

Friends of mine are going to WDW day after Christmas. They just were able to get breakfast reservations at Boma for 10:30 AM.
It says on Disney website bf at Boma is from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
Do they try to get you out of restaurant at 11:00 or can you stay longer ?
Also, do they stop putting out fresh food at a certain time ?

I've been to Boma once but we went early in the morning, so it wasn't an issue.

I would take it as they only seat until 11:00, but that for those seated then, the food is available for quite a reasonable amount of time.

I would think food is put out until at least noon or so, and if something isn't available they may make it if possible? For my son with food allergies, they made him food at a dinner there once, as well as pointed out safe foods on the buffet.

They certainly don't rush you out or make you leave! They just don't take seatings after 11:00.

We did a late breakfast seating at around 10:45 am. When we finished eating around 11:30, there was still fresh food being put out on the buffet.

We had a 10:45am reservation once, and the place was full until well after 11:30 when we left, and they were still replenishing with hot food. No complaints at all!

We ate at Boma on Thanksgiving and were the second to last people at the restaurant. Our server came to us to ask if we were done with the buffet. They were replenishing as long as we were there.
