Boma dessert

In Dec. of 04. We ate at Bomas. They had a dessert ( never got the name of it ) all chocolate with a moose like filling, about 1/4 the size of a palm and about 1" thick. It was my favorite part of the meal. Anyone know if they still have it there?

SOunds like a zebra domb and they still have them and sell them at Maras too

Yep! My favorite too! They definately still have them and they sell them at Mara. Im so excited, I am heading to AKL on Saturday!

I can't remember the name of it; I don't think you mean the Zebra Dome, but rather a similar mousse only all chocolate with a crunchy "sparkly" crust (wierd way to describe it but it felt "sparkly" to me!). They are very rich and so good with coffee. They did have it when we ate there in mid-May.
