Boma & Cape May Cafe-rotating entrees?

Does the buffet menu change depending on the nite? If so, anyone know what entrees are on what nites, or where I can find that info?

Boma yes, and Cape May has a Fish of the day that rotates throughout the week and season.

They do change, but the last rotation menu I saw for Boma was from 2005 and things have definitely changed since then. There may not even be a specific rotation anymore, more like a "there will be one salmon dish, one pork dish, one beef dish, of the many types of those things they make ... two types of starches ... three vegetables ... two breads with three toppings ... six desserts, etc." thing.
