Boma Breakfast or Character meal?

We already have a few character meals planned for ds4 and we were considering trying this buffet for breakfast. Is it worth it, or should we opt for another character meal with a 4 year old?

Since you already have a few character meals planned, I would suggest going to Boma for breakfast. Character meals are great, but it's fun to have some variety in your meal choices, and I've read many, many great reports about the food at Boma's breakfast.

if you are paying out of pocket i'd do trail's end for bkfast...the food is about the same quality just slighty less choice( ie 4 pastry selections rather than 6) Dinner might be "special" at Boma but brkfst is pretty ordinary( differences are 2 "unusual" cereals which are basically cream of wheat with differnent names, one brkfst casserole of corned beef custard type thing, blech and cured pork loin along with the normal bacon and sausage) imo not worth the extra cost. we enjoyed te for brkfst more than boma including brfst buffet loving husband

Boma is our favorite non character meal. DH and I just love the variety and the quality of the food here. I'd give it a try if you already have some character meals planned. Have a great time.

We have enjoyed Boma's for breakfast many times. I believe your family would also enjoy it. They have never been packed when we were there for breakfast, so it is a quieter buffet. They have a fruit juice mix drink called frunch that is very good. On the buffet you can get typical bacon, eggs, sausage and pastries. They also typically have 2 meat and potato African casserole dishes, roast pork loin, and a hot grain dish called quinoa(sp?) which is very good mixed with a little brown sugar. Your family can also go outside and look at the animals while you visit AKL.
