Boma bread pudding

Just ate again at Boma breakfast, and man, that bread pudding sauce is killer!!! Maybe literally, with the sugar count. But anyway, I think I found a few recipes online=- but they say there is banana in the sauce along with the caramel and nuts. I didn't taste that yesterday- does it seem right? or if anyone has a good recipe for the bread pudding and sauce...
