Boma 8pm too late

In Oct we want to eat at Boma our first night since we will be staying at AKV. I know in stays open until 8pm but is everything still fresh. We have never eaten here before.

We've had ADR's at Boma at 10:00 pm and everything was fresh and plentiful.

8pm was our ressie time in November and the food was great! Here's a review:

Boma is awesome. If you have any reservations about trying this restaurant – don't. Just do it. Go and eat. Try something new, have an old favorite and enjoy everything. I did not like everything I tried, but I did find some new things and it was good. Another highly recommended meal. Oh and the little pineapple cheesecake is to die for. Forget those oh too sweet Zebra Domes. Go for the cheesecake. You won't regret it. No one has cheesecake like Boma.

our 8:10 reservations at Boma were perfect.....even though they weren't on our first night, they gave us a lot of time to relax before dinner.....if you get in that afternoon, you will most likely enjoy time to settle in to your room and explore.....8 sounds perfect to me!

It's never too late for Boma. It's my favorite any time it's open!

You will have no problems. They always replenish everything. I didn't care for the cheesecake; zebra domes all the way! Enjoy!

Your question is certainly valid for dining at a buffet, but at WDW they have hundreds of people dining each hour so they must keep it fresh. Enjoy
