"Phoebe's death continues to loom large, a new face representing an old family arrives in town and the Old Guard matches wits with the New Guard at Forrester Creations," says Bradley Bell.

Rick/Steffy - Their romance appears finished now that Steffy has heard Rick's incriminating comments. "Marcus, disliking Rick intensely, welcomes news of Steffy and Rick's split. If they resume, will Marcus's outrage prompt him to act?"

Brooke/Taylor/Ridge - Huge challenges arise for Brooke and Ridge's marriage. "Can our supercouple find the happiness that has eluded them for so long? Or will Pam's clerical error tip the scales?" Ridge and Taylor continue to be drawn together by their shared grief and once again, Thomas becomes a center of controversy. "Has Ridge and Taylor's son truly dealt with his violent rage against Rick?"

Bill Spencer Jr./Donna/Eric - Old rivalries are rekindled with the arrival of Bill Jr. "Donna has caught Bill's eye. How much would he sacrifice to have her?"

Katie/Nick/Bridget/Owen/Jackie - "Nick wants things to work out with Katie, but no wedding date has been set, and try as he will, he can't eradicate the thoughts of Bridget." The Bridget/Owen/Jackie triangle continues.

Forrester Creations/Jackie M - "It's Forrester vs. Forrester, with consequences far more earth-shattering than either side would ever anticipate." Meanwhile, the in-fighting continues at Forrester Creations. "Stephanie makes a bold and dangerous move to try and regain control of Forrester for Ridge, Thorne and Felicia. Little does she realize the Pandora's box she is opening."

Soap Opera Weekly (4/28/09):

RIDGE TO RICK: "GOTCHA!"

Ridge finally gets the goods on Rick this week - prompting Rick to literally try and fly the coop before Steffy figures out the truth.

"He swipes her right out of her own bridal shower and heads for the airport!" gasps Ron Moss.

What has Rick running so scared? Ridge records a very damning conversation between them that paints an ugly picture of Rick's true motives. "If I gave it all away, no one would have to tune in," grins Moss of the chat's contents. "Let's just say that what Rick says and how far he goes in his conversation, will surprise and shock everyone; the characters - except Ridge, of course because he's on to him - and the viewers!"

Realizing that Steffy's parents are frighteningly close to telling her everything, Rick takes off with her. Cue a chase - but not with a car, assures Moss. "Think North by Northwest. This time, it's a high-speed chase with an airplane!" he laughs. "They were fun scenes to tape. Ridge is talking to the pilot of the plane while driving to the airport, with Taylor by his side. When they pull up, Taylor feels defeated because the plane has left the hangar. Ridge drives after it as far as he can go, then jumps out of the car and chases the plane on foot!"

Fortunately, Ridge does catch up to the airport, where he and Taylor confront Rick and Steffy. Then Taylor tugs her daughter away and takes her home to play the incriminating tape for her.

"Ridge is still with Rick - who isn't worried in the least - when Steffy calls to speak to Rick after Taylor plays the tape for her," teases Moss. "He's holding out hope that, in this instance, Steffy will prove she's related to Stephanie and show Rick that no one can mess with a Forrester and live to get away with it!"

STEPHANIE INVADES CYBER SPACE

In another example of the push to incorporate new media into the ever-evolving world of daytime, B&B will publish Stephanie's video blog posts titled "The Logan Chronicles," at CBS . com to coincide with a storyline in which the Queen Bee takes her rants on the Internet!

"We're always excited when we get the opportunity to give our fans additional interaction with B&B characters," says Brad Bell. "Viewers will be able to become involved with the storyline on a more intimate level."

Fans can go to CBS . com to watch the first of Stephanie's video spots on Tuesday, May 12, followed by successive "vlogs" on Wednesday May 13 and Wednesday, May 27. While her insider gossip about the fashion industry will include pointed attacks against the blonde banes of her existence, Brooke and Donna, Stephanie might want to brace herself for a what-comes-around-goes-around moment. We're hearing that Brooke will get in on the vlogging action herself on May 27, as a way to defend herself against Stephanie's vile aspersions!
