BOG Wait Times for lunch

I'm planning to go to MK on Monday, September 23rd with a friend. I'm planning to bring him to BOG for lunch. What is the best time to arrive to wait in line? I was thinking arrive at 11 am. Also, is the wait time different for each room? Such as what if you get to the front of the line and want to sit in the West Wing but all tables are full there... are you forced to sit in another room?

I didn't know if you could request to sit in a certain area. We were in the big ballroom and it was beautiful. I'm sure if you go for lunch, you will love it!

I don't know if the opening time has changed but when we were there in January they opened at 10:30 am.

The West Wing (IMO) doesn't fill up all that quickly - it's too dark/ scary for a lot of kids so I think you'll be fine.

You would have to take a seat in the ballroom or the rose room because your food is delivered pretty fast.

We just ate there for lunch on a whim this past Wednesday. My DH jumped in line just about noon and I'd say we were done and leaving by just after 1. The line moved very quickly. I'd say the hardest part of the wait was watching people trying to figure out the self ordering system!!! Waiting on that bridge gets HOT! They did hand out large umbrellas for shade and had ice water available. All 3 rooms were open that day but we chose to sit next to the window in the ballroom. The sandwiches were yummy! Loved the real flatware and plates for a QS and the food delivery is too cute.
