BOG - Robuchon potatoes

Can anyone vouch that these are the real deal? I see mostly mediocre reports from dining here but this dish (served with the filet) piqued my interest. Happy to hear your thoughts!

They appeared to be just plain old mashed potatoes to me, but I'm no connoisseur. I don't know if they were boiled with skins on or off and how many times they were riced. They tasted very good.
