BOG Quick Service??

Is BOG an option for a quick service meal - and if so can you fast pass?

BOG lunch is quick service (counter service). Dinner is table service. But because of the demand, you do need to make a reservation (ADR) on the disney dining reservation site. These reservations are in demand so the sooner you can make your reservation the better. It is not part of the fast pass plus system & doesn't count as one of your 3 initial fast pass in the park. You can preorder your lunch food online after you get your reservation. Hope that helps.

It used to be something you could FP, but they changed it so the quick service lunch (and presently breakfast as well) is like a regular ADR if you want to have a chance of getting in (which frankly grates on my nerves because quick service should not require an ADR. But that's just me...)

I thought I read somewhere that someone was unable to get a lunch QS ADR at BOG but that they were able to get a Fast Pass and had their lunch there. I booked our trip just a few weeks ago and we are at 107 days out now.....of course, BOG lunch ADRs are nowhere to be found although I scour the site several times a day and am subscribed to the Sept and Oct Canceled ADR thread! So you cannot get a lunch fast pass for BOG then? Our last WDW trip was Dec 2012 and they were just pioneering the FF+ system then....

Correct. The fastpass option was a test, and they have since moved to the ADR system.

BOG is also QS for breakfast with an ADR until July 18. After that the fate of breakfast at BOG is unknown.

I wonder if they will re-instate the breakfast? It isn't showing availability for our dates now (Sept/Oct). We ate lunch and dinner at BOG during our Dec 2012 trip and I almost prefered lunch (I had the braised pork and LOVED it). I'd love to have breakfast here!

Lucky lucky me.....after reading about making 2-1 person reservations I was able to get both hubby and I a lunch ADR for 11 and 11:15. I had to make his via phone with a CM as it wouldn't let me do it online eventhough it showed one availability for 1 person. I won't be able to link his reservation to MyDisneyExperience but I have the confirmation number so I feel good about it. I would still prefer the lunch to be closer to 1 or 2 pm but I'll certainly take what i can get! This will be our MNSSHP day. I plan to make myself sick with sweets all night long

You can link it to MDE if you want to. Even if it overlaps, it won't cancel either of them.

Yeah, I just realized that but got nervous about linking it to my MDE account and ended up putting hubby's name as the "responsible party". lol! So it still doesn't show up! Not real worried as I've got that confirmation # written everywhere including my cell phone memo! I just have to remember to cancel that ADR if we are lucky enough to find one a little later in the lunch shift

I don't think they take walk ups anymore.
