We have a late dinner reservation and have twin girls. One of them is obsessed with the Beast and he is the only character she is interested in meeting. I was lucky enough to get a reservation but much later than they will be able to make it for dinner. Is it in poor taste for my husband and I to order an appetizer and drinks and let the girls order dessert (or something along those lines) instead of eating a full meal there?

Have fun!
But, just be forewarned, the Beast is HUGE!!!
If they have princess dresses have them wear them, (especially Belle!) They play a fanfare of music before he makes an entrance from the West Wing. And if you're seated (you can always ask sweetly) along the aisle where the beast makes his grand entrance, he has been known to take note of princesses.
