I think there is SOME customization but not much.
You'd have to look starting 30 days prior to your ADR.
When you preorder you do confirm your order with a CM prior to paying so you could ask for no sauce at that time.

You can give it a test drive on the MDE app. Just order and enter notes to see what'a acceptable. Just cancel at the end.

If it doesn't let you do it in the preorder, you can always tell the CM when you pay at the restaurant.

Preorder at BOG is different from mobile ordering so you cannot "text drive" unless you have an ADR coming up in 30 days or less. And you can't order on the app.

Yes, you can. We were there a couple of weeks ago and I customized my sandwich to remove the sauce when I pre-ordered.

The kids meals there come “separate”. My daughter gets the pasta and the sauce is automatically on the side. Definitely doesn’t hurt to mention when you confirm your order and pay

I hear ya I asked the littles (5&6) what they would like and inexaid grill cheese no surprise and the other said turkey . I’m thinking ordering two grill cheese so I don’t get “ but I wanted that “ lol

You can definitely order the sandwiches plain. I like mine plain and we've preordered on 3 different occasions (last time being Oct 2018). I was able to customize my order each time.
