BOG Preoder - first time questions

I was told it is highly recommended to preorder at BOG.

A few questions.
1) What is the difference between the turkey sandwich on the adult and kids menu? Anything besides size possibly?
2) Can I modify the order after I place it? If so, up until when?
3) Does it mean it is ready and sitting there cold possibly, or just lets the chefs know how much to make? Or just saves time to actually place order? Can't figure out the reasoning behind it.
4) Are the adult meals for lunch big enough to share? I could talk my husband into sharing the turkey sandwich possibly? He likes ham. Would you recommend he get that instead. I was going to get the French Onion soup, but heard mixed reviews and already getting it at dinner at France a few nights earlier.
5) What do picky eater kids order? Was thinking the Grilled Cheese, but she won't eat the soup. I saw a cookie can be the side. Is their cookie special and/or recommended that comes with the kids meal?
6) I saw I can uncheck the sauce that comes on the turkey sandwich. What if I want it on the side. I didn't see that option.

Any other advise would be great.

Can't speak to 1.

2. Up until you pay. Once you pay, it's final.

3. No, they don't make it until you pay. It DOES save time to pre-order, however. It also influences kitchen prep, but probably not uncontrollably.

4. Not necessarily. The adult sandwiches are pretty big. The French Onion is a vegetarian broth, which is what some people don't like. Doesn't have that beef-wine taste.

5. They have a choice of two sides, and it doesn't have to be the cookie. But the cookie is the only sweet dessert option on a kids meal. The macaroni is served with sauce on side for the truly finicky child.

6. You would have to ask when they deliver the sandwich. Even at the kiosk, customization is limited. BOG is an assembly line.
