BOG Pre-Order and Dining Plan

We have a BOG lunch reservation with three families all linked on MDE and the regular Dining Plan. When I go to pre-order, the screen says they can't split checks. We can order for 10 guests - my question is if we do the pre-order, will they be able to split each order for each person on the dining plan or will I get charged 10 QS meals on my own plan? thank you

I believe I saw a thread that said that you would have to have 3 separate adr #'s to be able to do this. SO i think you may have to wait to order there, but I could be 100% wrong.

Have you actually done that? All reports here are that you cannot split the check if you preorder and all the meals will come off one room's DDP.

No, you cannot. You can pay part of a bill with DDP and part without, but you cannot pay with different DDP.

In Feb they wouldn't let us split it for our two families - 1DDP and 1 OOP. I paid for all of it and the resort front desk corrected it for me.

Scenario 1: Bob goes to BOG with his family. Bob has 2QS credits left. They buy 4 meals, and a cupcake. Bob is allowed to pay with a single Magic Band, use 2QS credits, and the balance is charged to his room.

Scenario 2: Bob goes to BOG with his entire jazz ensemble, who are in 5 rooms, but they're on one ADR. They order 10 meals. Bob can use however many QS credits he wants from his room, and charge the other meals, but they cannot access QS credits from multiple rooms.

Scenario 3: Bob goes to BOG and buys 4 meals and a cupcake. He can put it on ONE credit card and shake down his friends for their share later.

Scenario 4: No one preorders and they have to wait in line but everyone can order their own thing and pay with their own payment.

Another reason to pay out of pocket or use TIW or AP/DVC discounts.

We could not split it. I used my credits for all of 8 us at BOG so my SIL used her credits to pay for us all for dinner the following day so it all balanced out.
