BOG PPO to KTTK at park opening...

Help me guys and gals, have I messed up? I have an 8am BOG breakfast reservation, park opening is 9am and I also have a 9am KTTK tour booked... So basically I need to be back at Town Square Theater for 8.45am. Will I be able to do this? Are the crowds insane, will it be impossible to walk 'the wrong way' back to Main Street from Fantasyland? Should I just move the BOG reservation to another day?

We've done a PPO BOG and we were done with breakfast and waiting to get on the Mine Train by 8:35. And we ate leisurely. Make sure to be in line early at MK so you're at the front so you arrive at BOG as soon as you can. Order ahead of time which saves time in line at BOG. I think you can make it.

I ended up changing the BOG breakfast for a day when I was going to do early lunch there, and swapped the lunch reservation for another day earlier in the trip.

I don't want to be in a rush and risk being late for KTTK. I'll just have breakfast at POP before getting the bus to MK.

This is absolutely possible, but the only real reason to eat breakfast at BOG is for Mine Train access before the crowds. I think you made the right choice to switch out your ADR.
