You can request when you check in but no guarantees (especially since West Wing is much smaller than the other rooms.)

As the PP said, you can request a room when you check-in for dinner, but they may tell you they aren't taking room requests or that it will add substantially to your wait time. Given that the West Wing is probably the most commonly requested room and it's the smallest, it's likely that you'd have to wait longer to be seated.

I'm not sure if you are going for lunch or dinner - but last week we were there for lunch. We had the fastpass and checked in. They told us to head right in , the lady confirmed our order and told us to sit wherever we wanted.
