BOG Online Ordering for a large group

I am in my window to order lunch for an upcoming BOG reservation of 16 people. Is each family group able to log onto their profile in MDE and put their order in or do I need to collect all the orders and input them through my account.

I know this is a question that probably doesn't apply to many but any input is greatly appreciated.
