If you have a package with letters and numbers, what is the alternatives to put in? Nothing seems to work?

Click on the Magic Bands link. It will show a long string of just numbers. That is what you type in for BOG.

I can't get it to work I keep getting the same Error message saying "guest is already registered".

I still can't get in. I get the guest already registered. I tried creating a new log in but it won't let me do that. Ugh.

I had to log out and log back in under a different MDE account. For some odd reason, the reservation is under my sister's MDE account, but since my credit card paid for the deposit, the name I had to enter is mine.
So I log in as my sister, put her RO reservation number, but then MY name.
Then our dates appear.

No, I have a package, and all I see is ex. 1DD111111. When I put the letter it just rejects it. Do I have some master # for my MDE?

Anyone been able to book past November 20? Wondering why my choices end on 11/20 when my trip is until the 22nd.

And if I book one day and then more choices becomes available, can I change it? Or once I do this, am I locked in?

I don't have MBs yet. I heard Nov. could book, but we aren't in for Mbs yet. I guess only RO can get in. Anyone use Magical Express # yet?

At least it let you make a BOG FP. I am really not fond of this whole new system right now.

Thanks for all the info. I went to that Be Our Guest website posted above. I used the reservation number listed on my luggage tags. I received an 11:45 reservation for 9/25.

I had a similar problem. I wanted the 21st and only was given until the 20th. We check out the 22nd. It gave me the first 7 days to choose from. I was hoping the 21st would show tomorrow, thinking tomorrow is 9/21 - maybe it opens 2 months ahead, but maybe it just gives you the first 7 days? How many days did you get?
