Hope there isn't a topic on this yet.

We will be at the World in late Oct/early Nov. We're staying offsite, so no Magic Bands or FP+ for us. I already know there were long lines to get into BOG previously. With us on the standby line, how bad will it be now? I don't want to stand in line for an hour for lunch.

Odd times is a possibility. I'm looking to eat a late lunch/early supper about 3 PM. We already have a 2:45 Akershus ADR on the trip.

As always, many thanks.

To be completely honest, we ate there this summer, right around the lunch hour (11:30-12ish?) and it really didn't seem like we waited that long...20 minutes maybe? Perhaps we got lucky but it didn't seem bad to us and well worth the wait!!!

We were there Aug 20 - 25, and we ate there with ADRs on a Thurs nite (marvelous) and then with a group of my DSs CM friends for lunch the next day. We arrived around 11:15 , maybe a little later, and the 6 of us waited no more than 20 minutes. I imagine the earlier that you get there to line up, the shorter the wait would be. Good luck.

The line may look huge, but ask the CM standing nearby. We went right around noon. We thought the line looked like it would take an hour and were going to pass, but we asked the CM and she said 20 minutes. It actually was only 15 minutes.

I believe it closes at 2:30, so you would not be able to do a 3:00 p.m. lunch there. I've also heard that the line sometimes closes before the actual closing time. For example, if the line is about 15 minutes long, they may close it at 2:15. I've also heard that at least for a while, they were closing the line at 2:00. I don't know if they are still doing that.

We were there at the beginning of September and got in line around 11. The CM told us it was a 45 minute wait, but we only waited about 20 minutes. The line moved fast.

Honestly I think it is luck of the draw. However, were @ WDW from Sept 1-10th and ate lunch at BOG one afternoon. When we got in to line it was across the bridge, the line moved fairly quickly and I would say we waited 15-20 minutes at most.
