BOG lunch with 2 separate reservations

So I finally got a lunch reservation for April!! We are a family of 5 and I got a reservation for 2 people at 11:45 a week ago and now tonight I got a reservation for 3 people for 12:00. Are these two close enough that we can check in together?
Also if I preorder on the reservation with 2 people (since it on the MDE linked to my magicbands) can I order all 5 lunches on that?

Did you try calling Disney to see if they could put you together? I had a similar situation with CRT. I called in and the CM helped me put us all together under one reservation. If not, I would think that you can all go together at 11:45.
